The Laser to Audio Invention has been completed as a portable standalone sound instrument.

Light from a laser pointer strikes a solar cell. The light is diffused using a dc motor with various fabricated wheels which produce different rhythms and sounds when manipulated.

The electricity from the solar cell is sent to a 1/4” audio jack plugged directly into a mixing board with access to six different digital effects.

With 9v battery powered foot pedal effects and a rechargeable Bluetooth speaker, the device is completely portable with its own rechargeable power source in the base of the unit. See a short demo of sound below.
