This is the Laser Light to Audio experiment in its raw, assembled form. Built from a mixture of repurposed gear and precise components, the system harnesses a military-grade tactical laser aimed through a flexible laboratory stand. The beam interacts with reflective or vibrating media, captured by a 7-watt solar cell modified with a ¼” audio jack—sending signal directly into the mixer for real-time sonic translation. Power comes from dual 3.7V lithium cells driving a suite of motors: high-torque (16 rpm), high-speed (3200 rpm), and a vibration module.

The workspace is a symphony of reclaimed intent: chopped cables, XT60/90 connectors, and discarded fire alarm gear become instruments of experimentation. This is the Circuitdelic ethic—where discarded plastic becomes chassis, and silence becomes signal.
